How to send a casting application correctly

Today, our story is about how to send a questionnaire to the casting - so that it does not get lost among the sea of other questionnaires and is not sent to the basket by the casting director.
Your application will be sent there if: it does not contain a topic, photos, contact details, personal data - full name and so on. Questionnaires are added to the basket, to which other files are attached, or consisting ONLY of links. They won't even be watched. The subject of the letter / questionnaire is required: the agency can hold auditions for several projects at the same time.
Once again: you do not need to send the questionnaire as an attached file! No one opens attachments. How do I specify information about myself? Elementary: in the letter itself. If your letter does contain a link, for example, to your personal page of a model or actor / actress, then be sure to sign what kind of link it is. This does not negate the fact that you must specify the necessary information in the body of the letter. And specifically:
1) FULL NAME
2) Date of birth and exact age. The year of birth must be indicated!
3) Eye color
4) The size of shoes and clothes. Be sure to be accurate.
5) Growth
6) Hair color and length
7) Experience
8) Education - with the name of the university and the specific faculty. If you do not yet have a specialized education or work experience in the modeling business or in the cinema, it is better to write about it honestly. It will be very insulting if you are rejected at the casting itself only because of deception. It is also worth specifying the knowledge of foreign languages.
9) Contact details. It is best to give several phone numbers or other communication methods. Be sure to specify the locality in which you live.
10) Photos. If you are going to model casting, then attach at least seven photos: portrait photos, waist-high in a top, full-length in underwear. Photos from the filming in which you took part are also welcome. If, of course, you have them.
11) Marital status and availability of children.

If you have sent a questionnaire and are waiting for the result: no matter how long the wait is, you do not need to call all the specified phones and get questions like “and when they invite me, I have been waiting for two days.” If you are interested, you will definitely receive an invitation. If not, no calls from your side will help.
If you do NOT fit the casting conditions, but still send a questionnaire - “what if you get lucky?”, “maybe”, not only will they not look at it, but you may also be blacklisted and stop inviting AT ALL.
